Community Events




Publicity Policy

It is the mission District 27 PTA to support the school community, including students, parents and teachers.  From time to time, the PTA is asked to publicize fundraising events that impact our local school community, its students, parents and teachers.  Upon request, the PTA will publish information about a fundraising event in the “Community Events” section of the PTA website, if the following criteria are met:

1.    the organization is a Northbrook organization;

2.    the organization is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit organization;

3.    the fundraiser is not for a commercial purpose; i.e. selling cookies; 

4.    the activity or event must be appropriate for students;

The PTA reserves the right to deny any request.  The publication of an event does not qualify as an endorsement of the event by the PTA.

To submit your flyer, please send a copy within 21 days of the requested publication date to  Please also send a copy to the PTA Council President at the email address listed in the current PTA directory.
