Lunch Solutions: School and Camp Lunch Management.

 

Welcome to Lunch Solutions!

Lunch Solutions is delighted to manage your school’s PTA Hot Lunch program.

We are thrilled to partner with a variety of restaurants, bringing both exciting new menu items and old
favorites your children know and love. Each meal period will offer Gluten Free and Vegetarian choices, and
lunches will be served Monday and Wednesday through Friday.

What's New This Year?

This year, we’re introducing Buffalo Wild Wings To Go and Culver’s to our menu lineup.

Ordering Options

  • You can place your orders on a weekly, monthly, or entire session basis—choose what works best for you.
  • Session 1 runs from August 25th to January 16th.
  • The weekly order and change deadline is THURSDAY OF THE WEEK PRIOR at 10:00 AM.
    • For example, the cutoff for lunches served the week of August 25th is Thursday, August 21st at 10:00 AM.
  • If you miss the cutoff, unfortunately, late orders cannot be added for that week.
  • If you have ordered for the month or session and need to make changes, simply send a quick email and we’ll be happy to assist. We understand that flexibility is key!
  • You may change or cancel orders anytime before the Thursday 10:00 AM deadline for the following week.

Account Sign-Up & Questions

Make sure your email address (used as your login) is correct at sign-in, so you can access your account as
needed.

Let's Get Started

**You will be directed to a page that looks like a test page. Along the top, you will see “Create Account”. Please start there and then follow the directions.**

  1. Go to the following website(s):
  2. Click on Create Account. This is a new site so you must create a new account!
    • Enter your information and then proceed to YOUR STUDENTS information. Teacher/grade information is very important for correct delivery!
      • Wood Oaks: YOU MUST ENTER THE CORRECT LUNCH PERIODS FOR EACH DAY OF THE WEEK.
      • Hickory Point and Shabonee: YOU MUST ENTER THE CORRECT HOMEROOM TEACHER FOR YOUR STUDENT(S).
  3. Once your child(rens) information is correct and complete click on Shop.
  4. Choose your student in the drop down and begin ordering. Just click on the item in the calendar you wish to order.
  5. Click on the Cart when finished to review your selections and for payment selection type and to Submit your Order. You can also EDIT your order here.
  6. You can then DOWNLOAD your orders into your calendar at the Lunch Order Appointments.
  7. PRINT or EDIT your order at the Orders/Payments screen. NEW! This year you can edit your orders after you place them (before the Thursday, 10:00 am deadline of the week before) under the Orders/Payments screen. Just click on the Edit button.
