Ordering opens Thursday, August 13 at Noon. The deadline for serving starting August 24 is Thursday, August 20 at 10:00 a.m..

Lunch Solutions is delighted to manage your school’s PTA Hot Lunch program. We are thrilled to partner with a variety of restaurants, bringing both exciting new menu items and old favorites your children know and love. Each meal period will offer Gluten Free and Vegetarian choices, and lunches will be served Monday through Friday.

What's New This Year?

This year, we’re introducing Chick-Fil-A to our menu lineup.

Ordering Options

  • You can place your orders on a weekly, monthly, or entire session basis—choose what works best for you.
  • Session 1 runs from August 24 to January 30.
  • The weekly order and change deadline is THURSDAY OF THE WEEK PRIOR at 10:00 AM.
    • For example, the cutoff for lunches served the week of August 24 is Thursday, August 20 at 10:00 AM.
  • If you miss the cutoff, unfortunately, late orders cannot be added for that week.
  • If you have ordered for the month or session and need to make changes, simply send a quick email and we’ll be happy to assist. We understand that flexibility is key!
  • You may change or cancel orders anytime before the Thursday 10:00 AM deadline for the following week.

Returning Families

  1. Go to the following website(s) and also bookmark them:

    • Hickory Point and Shabonee: YOU MUST ENTER THE CORRECT HOMEROOM TEACHER FOR YOUR STUDENT(S).
    • Wood Oaks: YOU MUST ENTER THE CORRECT LUNCH PERIODS FOR EACH DAY OF THE WEEK.
  3. Once your child(rens) information is correct and complete click on Shop.

Families New to the System

  1. Go to the following website(s) and also bookmark them:
  2. Click on Create Account. Enter your information and then proceed to YOUR STUDENTS information. Teacher/grade information is very important for correct delivery!

  3. Once your child(rens) information is correct and complete click on Shop.

Ordering Instructions

  1. Choose your student in the drop down and begin ordering. Just click on the item(s) in the calendar you wish to order.
  2. Click on the Cart when finished to review your selections and for payment selection type and to Submit your Order.
  3. You can then DOWNLOAD your orders into your calendar at the Lunch Order Appointments.
  4. PRINT or EDIT your order at the Orders/Payments screen.

Lunch FAQs

  • Deadlines
    • Finalize orders, make tweaks, or cancel by Thursday at 10:00 am for next week's lunches. Post-deadline, our hands are tied – we can't change or add orders, even if you call or email.
  • Lunch is available Monday through Friday.
    • You may order weekly, monthly or for the full session through January 30th.
  • Changes and Edits
    • Can be made to your order at the Orders History screen if you order ahead.
  • To Delete or Change an Order
    • At the Order History screen click on Menu Item to change the item. To cancel the order, click on the small box to the left and Delete Selected above. This will put credit on your account that will apply at check out of your next order. Credits do not expire.
  • Print Your Order
    • Click the small box to the left of the order you want to print or download to your calendar and choose the button above.
  • Absences
    • If your child or children are absent-you can arrange with school to pick up the lunch. Please advise the office by 10:00 am that you want to pick up the lunch and it will be in the office for you.
  • Payment Information
    • The program accepts payment by Debit Card or Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard & Discover and ACH/E-Check. A convenience fee is charged when you use a credit card so your PTA doesn’t have to pay.
